Terms of Service
Last updated: August 29, 2026
1. Who we are
RSI Books ("we," "us") is the trading name of Rosy Sit, an independent bookkeeping practice providing bookkeeping, payroll administration, and educational services to small businesses. By purchasing services or using this website, you agree to these terms.
2. What we do — and don't do
We provide bookkeeping (reconciliation, categorization, and monthly reporting), cleanup projects, managed payroll administration, and tax-planning education. We are not certified public accountants and we do not provide tax advice, tax preparation, tax filing, or representation before the IRS or any tax authority. Educational content — including courses, calculators, and one-on-one sessions — is general education; you are responsible for implementing anything you learn with your own qualified tax professional.
3. Billing
Monthly bookkeeping is billed in advance and is prepaid: the first month, any one-time onboarding fee, any deposit, and any cleanup project are due before service begins. Payments are made by card or ACH bank debit via secure Payoneer payment requests. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. There is no proration on cancellation — the current month is billed in full and service continues through the end of that paid month. Onboarding fees are non-refundable. Plan tiers are based on monthly expense volume, connected accounts, and transaction counts; if your volume exceeds your plan's limits for two consecutive months, your plan moves up a tier (and can move down the same way).
4. Education package
The tax-planning education package is a one-time purchase covering a private session of up to two hours plus access to educational tools. Fees for the education package are earned when the session is delivered. If you pay and your session cannot be scheduled, your payment is refunded in full.
5. QuickBooks subscriptions
If your plan includes a QuickBooks Online subscription billed through our ProAdvisor account, your data always remains yours. If you leave, the subscription transfers to you and you pay Intuit directly at their standard rate; any subscription deposit we hold is returned.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete records, timely access to statements and systems, and to review the reports delivered to you. Our work depends on the completeness of what you share with us.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the fees you paid for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes resulting from information you did not provide or decisions made without your own professional advisors.
